Without an account nothing about you is stored on our server. Your projects and screenshots stay in your browser's storage.
Google sign-in: your Google account ID, email address and name, to create your account and keep your credit balance (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Credits: a history of credit changes (free credits, purchases, AI use), to run the service and handle refunds (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
AI features: when you use them, reduced copies of your screenshots, the app name and description and your captions are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to generate the result. We do not store them on our server. Anthropic processes them as our service provider and, under its commercial terms, does not use them to train models.
Payments: handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. We receive your order number, the pack you bought and your email; we never see your card details.
Server logs: technical logs (time, errors) for security, kept up to 30 days (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use one cookie that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one during Google sign-in. No analytics or advertising cookies.
Hosting: Mikrus (Poland). Sign-in: Google. AI: Anthropic (USA). Payments: Lemon Squeezy (USA). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Records needed for tax or accounting are kept as long as the law requires.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
