StoreShots sells credit packs as one-time digital purchases. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which issues all refunds.
You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
Credits spent on an AI request that fails are returned to your balance automatically. If a download or another paid action did not work because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will return the credits or refund the payment.
Credits are delivered immediately after payment. By starting to use them you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends for the credits you have used. This does not affect the refund options above.
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. We answer within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. When a pack is refunded, its remaining credits are removed from your account.
