Google Play has separate slots for 7-inch and 10-inch tablets. They are optional, but without them your listing shows phone screenshots on tablets, and large-screen recommendations may skip your app.
| Device | Common size |
|---|---|
| 7-inch tablet | 1200×1920 px |
| 10-inch tablet | 1600×2560 px |
The same format rules apply: 320–3840 px per side, aspect ratio no more than 2:1, up to 8 per device type.
Google changes these rules from time to time. Check the current requirements in Play Console Help ("Add preview assets to showcase your app") before you publish.
Make these screenshots in your browser. StoreShots puts your app screenshots in device frames, adds captions, translates them with AI and exports Google Play phone and tablet sizes plus App Store iPhone sizes, in one ZIP. The editor is free.
